How to Redeem Ticket:

• Present either a physical or digital copy of your purchase order at the counter to redeem your admission ticket.
• The purchase order will be sent to your email.
• Your ticket is flexible – redeem it on any date we’re open!

Important Reminders:

• Remember to snag your tickets in advance to guarantee your entry – don’t miss out!
• When you pick up your tickets, you’ll get two things: your entry pass and a cash voucher.
• What’s the cash voucher for? It’s your golden ticket – use it for some durians or grab some goodies.
• Just a heads-up: no passing your tickets around, no refunds, and no funny business with duplicates.
• Your ticket is like a VIP pass – one person per ticket, and don’t forget to flash it at the entrance.
